the staff were always helpful and very friendly. the complimentary toiletries provided were a lovely touch. i especially enjoyed the convenience of having a washing machine right in my suite. plus, the daily housekeeping was perfect.
the shower pressure was a bit low, making it a little less invigorating than i prefer.

the pool area has ample seating and a shaded section, ideal for relaxation. the fitness center includes treadmills and stationary bikes for workouts. i loved that parking is available and is constantly monitored.

Excellent Stay with Fantastic Staff

attentive stafffriendly staff
The staff was attentive and friendly. They made our holiday with children perfect. I found the free parking very convenient. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea.

There is a 24-hour supermarket and pharmacy within a 5-6 minute walk. A mini-market is only 2 minutes away. The hotel is located close to the airport, as well as the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

Many South Indian restaurants are within 2 to 3 kilometers, and grocery shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are all in walkable distance. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, a welcome feature. We appreciated that.

The free parking was useful. It is a definite plus in that area.
the shower was tiny. its pipe dripped constantly. there was barely any water pressure, so showering wasn't very pleasant. i complained, but nothing changed.
